It says: "reserve not met", i.e. it may be set to min $1000 or so. Another thing: the seller has 0 feedback, so it will be interesting to see if anyone would bid on this...

I got my 10D new at CompUSA for $799, which I thought was a great deal...if you can snatch it off of ebay for even less, go for it! I'm so pleased with mine I can barely put it down! :o)

I couldn't afford the 1D Mark II and got a second 10D instead. I like the body better than the 20D's. It's built like a tank and just the right size for a big lens.

I got my brand new 10D at Amazon for a great price, they were selling off their stock. There are no more left now - just checked. So far, I'm in love with my 10D - it is such a solid, dependable camera and the shutter makes the nicest sound! Silly, but it sounds better than my Rebel. |

I'm hoping to hold off long enough to find a Mark II used. I think it'll last a lifetime. However... my rebel has 8500 clicks in less than a year and I fear it's demise will be long before I can get that beast :-/ |

Lifetime?????????????
You are 21...you should live to 90 or more. That is about 70 years...so go back in time to 1935...is there ANY camera from then that you would still be using now?
