Is Photoshop's Accented edges legal? Appreciate your answers.

Shouldn't be allowed since it is a filter.

That would not be allowed under current rules. Depending on the effect desired you may be able to achieve it through the judicious (and repeated) use of the Unsharp Mask filter, which is legal -- here are some examples I put together a while ago when this topic came up before.

The only filters allowed are Sharpen and Despeckle. So I would think that the Accented edges filter would not be allowed.
