Can someone help me decypher this sign on a chapel in Ornans, France?

What I could read so far:
"Chapelle [des] Georges. Fondée par ????? [IV] compte de Bourgogne en 1280. Reconstruite en 1?00."
Thanks!

My guess would be 'built in 1289' and 'reconstructed in 1500' but i don't speak french... Bourgogne may be the city/location of the place...

I was there. It is not in Bourgogne. Comte de Bourgogne is the title of the man who founded the chapel.
