Taken at my parent's garden.
I am not sure about the purple stroke around each image...
I would love to hear any suggestion for improvement of any kind.
Thanks!

The petals of the flower in the middle part are cropped off. You should reduce that picture in size so that all of the flower is visible inside that frame. Otherwise is looks okay to me.

Not a bad start. I really like the colors. hmmm..did you try a white black ground with a black border around the pictures? |

I love the beautiful colors! I can't wait for the flowers to start blooming here in Texas. I think it's a lovely first attempt and it inspired me to try one! I'll have to post it when I get finished tweaking it...it's not nearly as beautiful as yours but I guess I'll never learn if I don't try! Great post.

Thank you so much for the very helpful comments.
I will try to use your ideas when I get home.
Laurie - I left you a comment on your try. I think it's great :-)

Not really sure I can add anything that hasn't already been said Jinjit.
I dabbled with one last year:
(wasn't real good at PS, so forgive the poor low-rez quality)
At least the larger size is pretty clean...

Jinjit,
I almost wish for a tighter crop on the first one. I also like the blurred background on the last one- if you could repeat that on the other two that would be even better.
Laurie,
Great framing you've picked for Clay's triptych!
ps. I've seen some bluebonnets here in Austin yesterday!

I'm still trying to locate info on creating a triptych - the layout - how to get the photos and borders exactly the same size and how to space them evenly on the background. The grids on PSP8 are annoying, or else I do not know how to use them correctly when tryng to copy and paste. Any help out there? Any tutorials? I looked on here and couldn't find any. |
