Just wondering what the position is on posting outtakes for a current challenge - I have a few outtakes that I'd love to get opinions on, but I'm concerned that it'd make my entry identifiable, and be against the rules...
So what's the form? Should I post anyway, or hold on until next week? |

I would post them as long as they don't give away your current photo...

Ah. hrm. I'm going to have to look through them really carefully then, and I guess save most of them for next week.
I think several of my outtakes would give away my shot, having been taken in the same location. |

For myself, I mak a distinction between an outtake (an idea which didn't make the cut) and an alternate entry (different crop, color, or other minor variation on the same idea).
I've posted some outtakes, but will hold off on posting my alternately cropped version of my entry until the voting is over. |

Well in this particularly challenge I think it's difficult. It's not particularly the idea that will make it recognisable, but the location.
Different people, same place. Different moods, different expressions, different framing, same location.
See my problem?
I might have a couple that are ok to post tho, will have to consider carefully.
