DPC prints is great

also I use wolf camera or ritzpix, upload, order prints and you can pick them up in a few hours, if a wolf/ritz camera near you has that ability.
It comes in handy when I need prints FAST, the quality is pretty good also. Not extreamy great, but I cant complain about the prints I have had done there

If you have a regular Ritz/Wolf Camera you use you can always call them and ask them not to make any edits to your prints. They should be more than able to oblige you.

How good is the quality? I will be using this so I can sell my pictures (people have requested to buy 8x10's of some of my stuff. Will this be a MATT finish?

//www.northcoastphoto.com/

This is the site for the lab i use in San Diego. They are very good. A little on the expensive side, but you should be able to up-charge at least %300 or %400. You can FTP them, but you may need to call for directions. They color balance and adjust density on every shoot. I will not use anyone else! They are great and have great customer service

they shouldnt be making any edits at all unless you request. i used to work at one. Unless you have film processed the color is calibrated to print a certain way so all film you could say is slightly edited, but no digital files should be edited at all.

Another SD lab (haven't got my prints back yet will let you know) in the Sorrento Mesa area is Chroma Color just a little closer than Encinitas for me.

Walmart did a great job for me. Had the prints in an hour too.

If you run a search on the forums you'll find several threads on this topic (as recent as a week or two ago) listing many other print sites as well.

If you opt for a paid membership here, you can have people order your prints directly from your DPC Prints gallery.

Color correction is actually pretty standard these days. People expect that their prints will look a certain way. You get too many reprint requests if you don't make the typical density edits at the very least.
