on any of my photos until I catch up with my comments received.
Right now I'm at 400 given and over 650 received. I like to pacify myself and say it's okay because I am posting comments in the forums.
But....it's not okay. I'm not alone either. Still not okay.
I'm going to try to do better!
One of the reasons why I joined in the first place was to get critiques. We all are curious as to what people reaaallllly think of our photos.
I'm going to comment on every photo that I view. I may not have memorable things to say, but it will be my opinion of what I liked or didn't like about the photo. If I'm going to take the time to wait (good ol' dial-up) for a photo to load, I might as well comment! Right?
Should this be in the rant forum? I certainly am upset with myself! ;)

Okay! I loved your Betty shot. I think I commented on it.?! She's a beautiful dog and I love the background color that compliments her coat. You did an excellent job.

Frustrating when you spend a bit of time making helpful suggestions on a shot during a challenge, and you look back at the shots later and that member marks nobody's helpful. Oh well.

My goal has always been to make 2 comments for every one that I recieve. Recently, I've fallen short because of a lack of time (been working 60+ hour weeks...) I've been trying to comment more even though I have less time now than ever to do this. However, no matter how hard I try, I still stay about a hundred comments short:

I find it very hard to believe that only 754 of your comments have been marked as helpful Rob. Off the top of my ead you have commented on a couple of my images and I found your comments very helpful and insightful. The same goes for many other members but I had to highlight this.
