I've decided that I'm in serious trouble. This site has finally pushed me over the edge. Last night after watching a certain TV program, I dreamed that I was on one of two competing teams on The Apprentice. Our assignment was:

Get the highest score on the DPC Challenge!

ARRGGHHH!!!!!

I can't say I dream about this site, but everytime I watch a movie these days I tend to do a critique on their photography and their editing. Like I will look at some movies and thing they need to add a little saturation and some brightness/contrast because the colors look washed out a bit.

That's natural. If you were a writer you would be analyzing the mechanics of the script.

It has become so second nature with me to critique the filmography of a movie that I find myself analyzing composition and trying to figure what size lens they were using.(not out loud of course) It makes me a better photographer for it I think.

sucks when you're a writer and photographer and film maker cause then you realize how much most of them suck but i suppose you appreciate the good ones even more when they come around. i have dreams about dpc too but they're too interesting to share.

That be true Jason (course, I am not all of those things, but I do have a bit of expereince in each), and you start engaging in the things most people take in passivly.

Good to know I'm not the only one. A few nights ago, I dreamed that the Best of '04 results were in and all the winners were shots of elephants. I think in the end I discovered they were of the same elephant and that led to some big revelation, but I can't remember what it was. I rarely remember my dreams in entirety...

And it's the same with everything. I didn't enjoyed listening to a synmphonic orchestra for 15 years... since I started to compose classical music my self.
