First off, thanks all for the votes to land mine in 17th place in the Bokeh Challenge. This was one challenge I was particularly fond of, as (1), I had never heard of Bokeh and learned something new, and (2), it allowed a wide lattitude of creativity.
I had a tough time choosing which shot to enter, as I liked too many of them:
As submitted:
 (was my intent to have it darker BTW)
My alternates:
(1) (2) (3) (4)
Any feedback would be appreciated. I don't always see as others do, and all too often someone may see something in a shot I missed completely.

You chose correctly. Without any doubt whatsoever IMO.

I believe, your choice could not have been better. The entry you submitted has great simplicity which your alternates cannot match.

I agree. I didn't vote or view any of the bokeh photos so this is the first time I've seen it. It's beautiful.
I can feel the petals on the brink of unfurling, as if you had caught the very last moment before their veil is cast. Beautiful.

| I didnt vote on very many bokeh either yours included. This is a nicer flower shot imo. Love the one you chose. |
