This year wasn't a great year for my photography but as I was going through my photos for the 'Best of 2004' challenge I found what I fealt were great candidates, only to discover that they were taken on December 31, 2003. D'oh!

This is one of the images. It was taken at a nearby lake that I go to often to shoot and walk my dog. I'd love to read suggestions for an appropriate name. Comments are welcome too, please.

I just can't believe they'd name a lake in Kent, Clark.
How about 2003 Goes Nova ... |

When you look at it from a distance it almost looks like a kind of eye
The eye of mother nature?
Eye of Nature?
The symmetry is quite amazing.
Eye of Symmetry?
I am just thinking out loud.

At first, I thought it said "Clark Kent Lake"!!
What a wonderful shot, and such a shame that you can't use it. I does kind of look like a Rohrschach test pattern. |
