I haven't found specific instructions how to verify a particular photo if asked. Is this enough? (see screenshot) I usually put each photosession in a folder that I name after particular event or day. Should I not do that then, just leave the image as is after transferring it? Also will I be asked to send the photo in question by e-mail? Being on dial-up connection this can be a drag :(

You would need to upload the original, untouched, unmodified, un-everything-else file. There's info here on how to extract EXIF which is what we look at. Moving the file to a different folder shouldn't harm it any as long as you aren't altering it in any way.

You should leave your original file untouched, exactly as it came off the camera.

If you need to submit an original you will be prompted to upload it to the site, as you would your submission (of course it will take much longer).

The EXIF data is embedded in the orignal photo from the camera.

You can view it with a program like IrfanView.

You need to keep the original image from the camera with no alterations.

I've never had to send in proof, but. Yes you will have to send in the original picture. So always work on a copy of the original. The exif data can be viewed in your editing program. view>image>info usually or something close to that. It has all the exposure info like shutter speed, focal length, f stop, date....etc. What you are showing is not the exif.
