Anyone who will critique one of my portfolio shots in the next 2 hrs, (by around 10:00) I will return by critiquing one from your portfolio. :)

Judy, I found lots of good photos in your portfolio, but was brave enough to "pick on" one that I actually found something TO pick on *g* (Shades of yesterday).
I'm hoping it might be more useful to you than only patting you on the back for all the great ones. |

They are not negative...they're constructive and helpful. Thanks :)
You were right about the lighthouse, but that was a framing fault, not cropping. That was the top of the original shot, so I can't add more at the top :( I am learning to be a little more generous with my framing when taking a shot, so I have some room to work with it when I get home. |

didn't leave another one yet, but just saw this thread again as i logged back in and thought i maybe realized something that i didn't catch the first time - you can click on the # of comments received in your DPC profile and it will show you all the comments people have left, with the most recent first. wasn't sure if you knew this, since you asked people to post back to this thread (but hey, asking people to post to this thread is a good way to keep the activity going, so maybe you're just pretending you don't know ;) )

Yeah..I knew that. However, I've been working on some other things on the computer. I refresh the home page every once in awhile to follow the new forum posts (not just mine) and when I see a new post on mine I can respond quickly. It just saves me a click or two. |
