I feel dumb in asking this, but how do you manipulate a picture to Sepia tone in Photoshop?

There are several options. The easiest way would be to use the "sepia toning" option in the default actions. You can also use duotoning to add a brown tint.

Duotone tutorial has some info on putting putting together a duotone.
