... 'photos per row' do you have set in your preferences? I'm curious, just to see what people in general are looking at here. The default is 4, yes? Have many folks changed that? Mine is set to 5, as it gives the most comfortable amount of images across screen for me.

| 4 is best for me, most people have their monitors set at 1024x768 so it's best for that. Larger resolutions accomadate more in a row. |

I have mine set to 3. My monitor is a 19" Mitsubishi set to 1600x1200, but I very rarely have anything open fullscreen -- I do too many things at a time for that. :p Three is what works well for me.
However, while three works well for portfolios, the page layout for challenge voting is different -- I wish there was a way to set a different number there; 6 or 7 would probably do well.

| five. and it irks me that the missus has hers only setto four, because, it's like, when she views my profile she can't see my fifth best picture. i mean, doesn't she realise what she's missing? |

7, with 10 rows per page. That is what works well for me.

| 6, but my curse (travel guides, nice composition but made a hell of a mess of the sky) is at no.5, needing a couple of 6+ pics to make it go away |

| I have 5 Images Per Page, however then I have 60 Rows Per Page. Works for me, but then I mainly use that on my 21 inch monitor so I guess I have the room! Also, the other reason I have the large Rows Per Page set is because if I can fit everything on one page (let's not think about the B&W and Macro Challenge ;-) I don't get the same photo popping up all the time when I skip one during voting. Oh well, everyone has their preferences. |

Any more? i'm surprised - I thought there would be more folks who stick to the default - though I suppose those folks won't be visiting the foums ...

I'm set to the default of 4, as I access the site from varying computers.

| Mine is set to 5 across - that's the most I can get without having to scroll over. |
