reason i'm askin is that i wanna know if the price i find on online shops like amazon are the same as if you buy it from a store.. cuz i want a friend of mine to get me one from the states..

if your order from another country youll get screwed with shipping. also you wont be able to do the 100$ mail in rebate (which most stores factor into their advertised price) so if u want him to pick up one from a store youll need 900-1000$

I saw it for $899 at a Costco yesterday. I imagine that was with a rebate.
