I've been lurking Paul's ( GeneralE) profile page for the past few days waiting for the milestone to happen...
Congrats on 3000 Completed Challenges
In celebration I thought it would be fun for everyone to share a favorite Photo from Paul.

Parents aren't supposed to pick favorites, but ...

While not as wildly eccentric as many/most of Paul's images are, this one nevertheless is an absolutely perfect image (of its sort) and he has a Blue ribbon from it as well :-)
Meanwhile, as I slow down, Paul keeps plugging along, increasing his lead by a few challenges a month as I fall further behind. He'll never be caught except by being outlived :-)

Paul is a role model for me with his commitment, his thoughtfulness and his profound humour.
Browsing through his portfolio gave me plenty of opportunities to contemplate and smile - too much to show you all of them.

Yeah, I think I found out about the site the day before, when it was only about 3 months old -- first of many submitted because, to me, the main challenge was to find something to fit the challenge; easier when there was only one/week. |
