would love feedback on these photos ..

the one i entered ..


the one i liked more but entered the bush scene instead ..
to my mind the foliage is not overtaken by the insect that's small in the frame ..
but others might disagree .. ??

Subject matter is a tricky thing in DPC. I like the insect picture better but the one you entered fits the challenge subject better. I like the soft tones of that image and thought it should have scored higher.
