What I find funny, is that it is from a "knowledge for business" site and they have some bad english!
The picture description says:
"It was taken the top of the Electrical Engineering faculty of Delft University..." |

The software used for the TNO TPD pic is Zoomify (which, apparently, has a free version). Among their links of featured sites using their software is Space Imaging, who currently has a pretty cool zoomable picture of Falluja from satelite, plus some 9/11 before and after shots. |
