Here is my challenge entry:
Here is my original (although blended image):
I received a great score, thank you to all.
I also received many comments that it was over processed. I tried to emulate Heida's burning technique employed so beautifully in many of her photos. She gave me a very positive comment, so I guess I succeeded in what I was trying to achieve. Thanks Heida!

The difference between the original and the edited version is really minor. I'm surprised. Just a little bit more colour. The sky on this picture is incredible either way, but I prefer the horizontal version.

I'm amazed by the vision and imagination that both of you showed in selecting such wonderful shots and then in editing them so beautifully. You both really deserved the outstanding scores that you received.

My submission. Quite a bit of cloning and some dodging and burning and a bit of gaussian blur.
And my original
As you can see, quite a bit of editing to "perfect" Mother Nature. I managed to take a semi-crappy picture and make it less crappy. I like that.

I think some people thought that the sky was dodged and burned. But it wasn't - sometimes I wish there was a way to indicate this during the challenge, but I guess that's just the way it is.
Many thanks to all of the folks that commented on my photo and especially to the person that chose it as a favorite. That is especially flattering and I am soooo pleased.
