Took the day off of work to go on a photo safari. I started @ Rickett's Glen St. Park, where I walked up on a deer. Got within 5 yards of a doe. Ended up @ a nearby farm. Here is the results-
Love to hear what you all thhink of them.

My favorites...wow!
What a wonderful experience it must have been for you...communing with nature like that. Regardless of what any boss might think, and even knowing how understandibly difficult it is to do for most of us, it is SO therapeutic for a person to be able to ditch the real world for a day and go do what moves you. At a conference last week, one of the speakers told us that as important as it is for us to call in sick when we are sick, we should all call in well every now and again just for our own sanity. Thanks for being a good example for all of us! :o) |

P.S. Could forward the name for that speaker to my boss. I work in a maximum security prison, so I couldn't agree more with the occaisional "Sanity" day.

Very nice shots spydr, geese in flight is cool and the sharpness in the squirrel shot is impressive.
Having a day off when everyone else is working is a treasure. |
