I went into Tokyo today having completely forgotten about Shichi-Go-San, or 7-5-3, where children of those ages get dressed up in traditional costumes and are taken to shrines to pray for a good long life. I saw some coming out of the Harajuku Station, so I went along to Meiji Shrine and took lots of photos (I could have stayed there for hours...). Anyway, here are just a sample. Hope you like them. |

WOW. I was thinking, well, the thumbnails are nice, but surely they'll disappoint... but WOW, they didn't! The colors are wonderfully rich, and the subjects, just beautiful. Excellent job!
