oh no... I've been working on free study for the last couple of hours. I had expired yesterday. I signed up, but after making the payment, it returned me to DPC saying invalid request.
I'd love to be able to enter free study since I spent so long looking for one. :(

I'm sort-of around but your problem is beyond my powers to diagnose/fix -- have you submitted an Administrative Ticket?
ETA: Is it a problem with your renewal or your entry? (You weren't too specific about exactly what step/action triggered the error.)
