This is gonna sound really dumb...but I've been wondering...Will LCD screens freeze when shooting out in the (very) cold? Temps in the 10s and 20s.

no, but you might, put on a warm coat, please.

I shot the other night in 25-30 below and mine worked fine.

What is more likely to freeze is the zoom on the camera, if you get any moisture on the lens barrel.

Also, a potentially bigger problem is condensation when you bring your cold camera back inside to a warm atmosphere - best way to avoid this is to put your camera into a ziploc type bag when you are still outside, and seal it shut when you bring it back inside and leave it there for an hour or so to warm up.
