I think it's cool that they ended the press release with the traditional

I think I'll go buy the latest version and count myself lucky that it came out before this press release. Then I'll go out and drink a toast to the memory of one of the best programs out there. Long live the underdogs of this virtual world, there's so few of them left.

I know I am glad I had the Jasc program already, because I will never give another dime to Corel. They shafted me three times on rebates, and I never found their programs to work even close to properly, and niether have my friends

I don't know about their customer service - never had an issue that required it. But I do like their Painter program - it's pretty damn cool!
