What order would you process your pictures in? Clone out the imperfections and then process in Neat Image or the other way around?

1. Clone First
2. Neat Image
3. Clone Last(If needed)

I generally do not use NeatImage, but when I did it was usually one of my first editing steps. I found it best to remove the noise first and then work with the processed image.

If you are asking for challenge purposes, it is important to note that the Basic editing rules (the rules that apply to non-member challenges) prohibit use of the clone stamp.

Question was not for use on challenges. I have been doing a lot of photo processing for people lately. I'm trying to shorten the learning curve. I have been pleased with my work so far, but I think it could be easier and quicker. Processing 30-50 pictures ready to print on 8x10 is taking me several days. Lucky for me I don't have to print them! :)

I do the noise filter after I do any other editing because that is the habit I got into. I guess working on the unprocessed picture lets me see any spots or imperfections better. Plus I usually work with layers when it comes to any noise filters and if I didn't edit first, I would be cloning on several layers.
