SoFoBoMo 2016 will start accepting submissions in July ...
For those not familiar, the idea is to make a Solo Fotography Book in a Month -- not too unlike our own "Photo Essay" projects -- and to complete the project in a 31-day period of your choice during the months of July and August. |

| I didn't managed to do it last year, but I'll give it another try this year. Still having a whole month to think about the subject. It's a really nice thing to do! |

| I just got my email today and was going to post an announcement here. :-) Definitely plan on doing it again. I have a couple of ideas for a theme, but have a month to actually decide. |

| I made my choice: "Egg Food". Starting at July, 2th. Now let's hope I have enough time to add some recipes.... |

I was just looking at the SoFoBoMo site - very interesting!
But I'm not sure if it got it right:
If I decide to participate does "contiguous" mean I have to take at least one picture every day in the selected period?
That makes it really hard...

It isn't that hard ;) You have to make at least 35 photos (can be made on 1 day) and make a PDF book of it. The whole should be finished in 1 month |

I've been wanting to try it for years but never seem to be able to come up with a theme. Hopefully I'll think of something in the next few days.

You did a wonderful job on your Egg Food photo journal. I have an abundance of eggs with 4 laying hens and your book gave me some great ideas. I'm considering trying out the sofobomo this year. I think this could be fun. |
