Just a few of the shots I considered for the masters.

first and second one are stunning...third is too busy, forth not sharp enough IMHO

Thanks Heida and Brad for your opinions.
The Loch Chon (mist) shot was my original pick for the masters..but I just felt it lacked a bit of sparkle..maybe I was working on it too long...and the 50/50 compositional split on the Loch Arklet sunset put me off going with that one....the other two were never serious contenders.

My outtakes are here Never got to share these photos from the zoo all month because of the master's challenge. Well here they are.

geewhy, the second one is by far my favorite.
