Please don't photograph your cell phones.

Photograph something used to convey passing ideas or information from one person or group to another person or group.
So this would include notepads, post-it, whiteboards, folders, ..
action shots? (lecture, presentation, victory speech)
others - newspaper, websites..

Sent you a message, although on reading this thread further I may have to modify the contents just a teensy bit : )

Exactly what I was thinking. I figured this would be the cell phone cups and string challenge.

Photograph something used to convey passing ideas or information from one person or group to another person or group.

I must admit that the description reads as complete gibberish to me and I don't understand it at all.

Is it referring to items used to pass ideas or information?

Or items used to convey the concept of passing ideas or information?

it just makes little sense to me on a semantic/ grammatical level.

Seems to me that it should read either:

Photograph something used to pass ideas or information from one person or group to another person or group.

or

Convey the passing ideas or information from one person or group to another person or group.

Having found what I think is the original challenge suggestion the suggested description does seem to have been mangled into something that makes little actual sense.

Now THAT makes sense.
What we have doesn't.

I was thinking cats. :D

"You see, wire telegraph is a kind of a very, very long cat. You pull his tail in New York and his head is meowing in Los Angeles. Do you understand this? And radio operates exactly the same way: you send signals here, they receive them there. The only difference is that there is no cat." -- Albert Einstein

David

/edit: to say that I agree with Kavey, the description has been mangled in the transition from design to implementation.
