I found some very interesting reading and inspiration today when reading this material and viewing the images of Minor White.

i'm glad you discovered Minor White. dunno if you've ever noticed, but that's who i chose to quote in my "signature". he's always been sort of a hero of mine.

setz....another photographer you should check out is Margaret Bourke-White. she was an amazing photojournalist in a time where it wasn't a typical woman's career.

| aha! i knew i had heard her name before--but couldnt place it until i came across this picture poison. very emotional pic--and some of her others are even more so! |

I am already familiar with Bourke-White :) I used a quote from her as a QOTD a while back...
Reading about some of these photographers on //www.masters-of-photography.com is worthwhile :)

| hey wow, Uelsmann is on that page. I recommend everyone look at his work. You'll really be amazed when you find out that most of his work was done without... drumroll please.... a computer! |
