I realized most of my images falls under this as well. Here is one of my latest images, terrible enough to earn a measely 5.29 and sit in the bottom half:

 nam your granddaughter is adorable! I have learned early on in my DPC life that personal photos don't do as well here maybe due to the fact that other members don't have the same (infact, any) emotional attachment to these as I do. So my heart warms up when I see my family photos and I held them in high stead but they don't mean the same to others. I just don't post these type of photos to avoid disappointment.

I was just saying something similar to my DPL teammates. Most of the photos that "count" for me don't make it here. A few do, when I just feel like sharing and seeing if anybody comments, but I've learned that if it really matters to me, don't let others judge it, because there's always someone who will find it lacking. |
