I agree that further separation of masters and non-masters may not be a good idea. However, I am intrigued by the idea of "pair" challenges of any kind at least for some sort of trial run. It would be very interesting to see the setup, rules, and the outcome. |

This sounds like fun, but I would be concerned that the Master's would not be getting anything out of this, except for using there time. I know this is a learning site, and I have learned a lot, and I need to learn more, but if the masters don't get anything out of it we may have only a few masters and a whole lot of us regular folk.
I would have to suggest to solve this would be to award 2 ribbons and maybe come up with a new set of ribbons called mentoring ribbons. This could be used to conduct other mentoring ribbons, to give the mentors something to shoot at.
Just my thoughts on a fun idea. |

You're on if you are buying the beers :) Do you know what a serious beer weekend will end up like?

I want graphicfunk, he is so insightful, all of his comments have helped me greatly. It would be an honor to have him as a coach. |

Zueszen would make a great mentor, but I'd need a dictionary, ouija board and Magic 8 Ball to realize any benefit. ;-) |

While i am highly flattered...I see a mentor that you may also wish to consider. He only wants beers. Watch out though, you need a lot of cash.
kiweness has the most attractive specs. Check it out. I doubt if anyone else had such a high score with 50 challenges. |

Yeah. Who else can get a blue ribbon with a 7.414 score and still not reach 8th on his own Highest Rated Photos row? We need a golf handicap for that guy. |

Most wish to reap a benefit without having to realize anything. A dictionary would be useful, I admit, but you don't need props for magic. All it takes is a lil fire. ;-)
