Jules, well the trouble with flash is that it makes your photo look like a photo, if you get my drift :) Unless using off-camera setups, or studio stuff I try to work without it. I would take a few test shots when you get in, and find a good ISO below 1000 to pin the camera at (speaking of your D7100). You will want to have a wider aperture, but not too wide 3.5 is probably fine and that seems to be common with a lot of your lenses as widest. 50mm on a crop sensor might be too tight, even though you have the 1.4. I was wondering - your mirror-less V1... do you have the 10mm f/2.8 lens for it? That would be a great combo for inside the limo, and that camera performs well for what it is. Longer shutter should be fine, probably no slower than 1/60 on either camera unless a VR lens. I have the J1 mirror-less with the 10mm f/2.8 and Love It.
Another important thing for inside a limo like that is custom white balance. This will make all the difference in your shots, and it's really easy to do. For Nikon you just find the "PRE" setting, hold down white balance button, and then train the camera for a custom white balance by snapping a shot of white while the "PRE" flashes. Your camera will then say "Good Pre" and you will have adjusted white for the new situation, I know inside limos there can be challenging and contradictory light temperatures, so custom WB is the way to go.

Edited to add this: If you do run custom WB, don't forget to change it back to Auto, or whatever you will use next after the limo shoot!
