looking back on most of the ribbon winner pics
there is not ONE i would on my wall
especially if i had to pay for it
so now the challenge is
yes, thats whats it is all about

I like it. Basically a free study, but maybe with more meaning behind each photo.
For the record, of the 12 images currently on the front page, I wouldn't hang any on my all if I had to buy them. Just not my wall decorating style. |

I would hang  and  on my wall. I would also hang cutout latest masterpiece on my wall as well. Love that feast pick Mr. Out.

Since I typically only hang wildlife or photos of my son on the wall. That would pretty much be what I'd enter. But I think the variety of what we would see hanging on the walls of other members would be interesting to see. However I don't expect it would raise the bar on what you will see entered.

I think it's a great challenge suggestion -- because when I went through my portfolio, looking at what to print out for my wall -- it's not really the stuff I'd hang on my wall. But then again, I don't hang much on my walls.
But in looking at the challenges (I thought we were back to bashing the ribbon winners in this thread...) but in looking just at the challenge topics themselves (in general) :
bugs, landscapes, rubber bands, feasts ... none of those are topics I'd hang on my walls anyway...
So I think that this should be a challenge every month, so I have new stuff to hang on my walls!

I too would hang a number of the winners on my wall, but I love this idea for a challenge. I think it would be interesting to see what photographs were submitted and what was voted highly.

I love this idea for a challenge too.
