 I cut a stencil, grabbed a can of black-hair spray, and went down to main street here in town.

I then painted the wall with the stencil and spray, and drew on the 'sludge' with the chalk.

Astonishing that you really can just go do this in the middle of the day, in public, and no one even bothers to notice.

This is beautiful. So much going on and competing for attention in a place most of would casually walk past.

Hope it's not radioactive. I understand certain small towns are close to where they used to do nuclear testing. It can have strange effects over time. (No vote, snarky comment only)
