I've never put much thought into cheese. I like cheese, and usually buy things like plain old sharp cheddar, longhorn colby, colby-jack, baby swiss, and even good ol' Philly cream cheese... but I guess I'm not a cheese connisseur. So I did a search for "world's best cheese" and came up with this link... had NO idea the world of cheese was so big!

Don't they sell some of these fancy-schmancy cheeses at like Fresh Fields/Whole Foods? I have my preferences depending on the day, but Brie or sharp cheddar are my favorites - and especially muenster (always my favorite). Presliced so I don't have to cut it.
