| Peter, I did not get a chance to get out and really shoot for this. I do have a shot I think I will enter, though, as I really do want to take part in this challenge. Do know, however, that I most often DO shoot to try to find the elusive story. Sometimes I find one, sometimes not so much. But I strive to do that, and will continue to do so! |

I just looked at my profile......yikes! This will be my 350th entry, plus its my 35th wedding anniversary in 3.5 weeks.....!

Flew back last night and edited the entry on the plane. On my way to the office now to submit it. Even though I wish I had more time at least I though of you Peter when shooting.

I am in out of friendship and respect. The challenge is too hard since it's a continuous challenge that Doc planned, it's a goal not a challenge.
The pictures will be memorable, good, mediocre or plain but we all tried to put some spirit in them.
You said it Peter for an entire humanity:

They're hard to find when you do leave the house!
I don't know that I did my job as a photographer in capturing the story I found today, but I enjoyed watching the story. I realize how hard it is to catch the right moment when you are a bystander in someone else's story. But I came away feeling a bit special for some reason. |

I really really tried to get something to honor you Peter. And I did get a wonderful shot that does in fact tell a poignant story... but..... I'm afraid... it's just not up to the technical standards to enter. Capturing stories when they happen in the middle of the day in Texas makes for some pretty icky photos technically. I may enter it anyway. Jeeez... I better decide, I have 14 minutes.

| i'm in. I had a picture with some great light and interesting composition, but my wife encouraged me to enter another photo with perhaps too much detail and distraction, but with a story, or at least a spirit. |

| Have been out of town for a week and not many opportunities for photos, but I am in. I'm not sure it tells a story, but it made me smile; hope it does you. |
