LOL. Interesting. I think it's cool how the angle affects that so much. probably wouldn't score well, just the photo of the square on the hand, but with the "explainatino" it's really really cool. might have worked in the illusions challenge.

I'm planning on building a brick wall. Then I'm going to paint it white, and then on top of it, draw a square. Then I'm going to take pictures of it!!!!

wow I really hate being picky, but I broke out my micrometer and took specific and detailed measurements of the so-called square object that is drawn on the palm of the hand. In an effort to make some sort of a compromise I only measured down to .001 millimeters. What I found is that the object is not acctually a square. All the 4 sides are completely unequal!!, and therefore the object in question is not a square! At this point you might think wait, maybe it's a parallelogram or at least a trapezoid?... Nope, not according to the micrometer!!! When you examine the measurements, you will find that not only are the sides unequal, none of them are parallel with each other. What we have here is just your plain jane, everyday ordinary, run of the mill completely uneven quadrilateral. And since the challenge is pretty straight forward in it's requirement that the subject be square, the photo depicting the "square-like" object does not technically meet the challenge. Perhaps as a challenge idea we could do "Quadrilateral"??
Anyway, just my thoughts this week.... good luck everyone! :oP
