| Was text legal in the meme challenge or not? I thought it was illegal and there was a discussion about how it should be changed to allow tect but that it was never changed yet quite a few entries have text. Did I miss something? |

Print out the text
Take a picture of the printed text
Mask the text out of said picture
Layer in the masked text over your main image.
100% legal in expert editing.
Granted they should have just allowed text, but oh well. |

You might not have appreciated the image, but it was and is legal.
