Don't think I have registered more than 10 votes in the last 24hrs....pedestrian as in slow vote influx.

Ah, as in like a walker or on foot. I would have said more "sluggish" as in like a slug or at a crawl. You are right, of course.

Nah, make it a slug vs a current of cold, salted peanut butter. That's more like it. Inching minutely forward to 5.2, then shrivelling back to 5.1 *sigh*

My score dropped 1.1 points from the last two voters, within the last hour. That is a huge swing in the score.....don't be so emotional folks.

Yes it is possible.....


Maybe you wanted to say 0.11 - otherwise it's impossible to go (for instance) from 7.1 to 6.0 in two votes, unless we are at the very beginning of the voting process.

Yes it is possible.....

If you had 100 votes and a 6.0 average, that would be 600 points. If, at 102 votes, you had a 5.0 average, that would be 510 points: a drop of 90 points off your total in 2 votes. So, unless there was a concentrated attack on your score, with with something like 12 people adjusting 10's to 1's while two new votes were coming in, that couldn't happen...

well, considering that would require a 7+ score, I'm most impressed. I suspect I know which is yours then, since one image stuck out above the rest. And rightfully so.

I thought it was very well done and gave it a 6, but it did not say Serenity to me at all. Since it did look emotional, I did not consider a low vote, but I do think I would have given it a higher score had the title been different given the challenge.

Ditto. I gave it a 6 also, because there's nothing serene about it in my eyes, and anyway I'm not sure "serenity" is an emotion... But it's a lovely image.
