I must admit I'm a little confused. Why have an Easter themed challenge that closes before Easter? And why Expert? |

Guess we need to take the photos before the eggs are eaten |

It seems we need an expert challenge every week. |

I won't have decorated mine by the close date of the challenge - wouldn't fancy eating week old hard boiled eggs... |

Another Expert edit challenge. Too many, too often. Not much about photography anymore. The balance is gone. |

Hooray! another Expert editing challenge! Interest in exploring PP possibilities is as strong as ever. Expert allows multiple originals, a treat for everyone no matter your personal/professional ethics re photography. You can do panorama, HDR and/or focus stacking without compromising the photographic nature of your capture, if that's your preference. I look forward to the fascinating variety of images to vote on & also to what my favorite photog/artists will do next. And I very much enjoy being challenged by the Expert rules. I hope I can count on one Expert challenge a week. |

If you're entering, don't read the description - if it's not an egg, it won't fly. Before you vote, do read the description. Give those who did something related to Easter but not an egg a break - pun intended.
And I agree with hahn23 - I'm pretty tired of expert challenges even though they do not require that we avail ourselves of the full extent of the rule set. Oh well, I have more glimmers of ideas on this one than I did on Games. |

No no there's an "and" therefore we must see eggs. Or egg like things at least ;) |

Yeah, I see that now - and I will for sure have an egg in mine if I enter. But I wish they would do away with descriptions - if you can't "clarify" succinctly in the title, leave the challenge topic open for any interpretation. |

I always look forward to voting on expert challenges, you can see how good or how bad these minds work. I may not enter too many, but love voting on every one. |

based on the current in-voting expert challenge we have some very very strange minds here at dpc. |

Please remember that almost every challenge is posted just as suggested by a DPC member (not by the SC or Langdon), including which editing rule set to use and the description (or lack thereof), although only Langdon determines which challenge is posted and when.
If you want "better" challenges, please feel free to post them in the challenge suggestions forum.
I think the idea behind making this particular challenge Exper editing was to allow people to "decorate" their egg(s) photographically, without the use of messy vegetable dyes or glue and glitter -- not everyone makes "actual" Easter eggs ... |

Agree, particularly about the timing. What a shame. Pffft. |
