Ah, never realised you were in London - I'm originally from there (in Dublin now)

Anyway, one thing you'll find is how quiet the forums get during our daytime. But there's always the 'last wins' thread. :)

[quote=Imagineer] So DPC finally succumbed to the editing junkies. Well it was always heading that way and just glancing at the gallery it does look like the Instagram fetish is having an impact here too.

Thanks for the kind comments, and good to see some friendly faces! As a 'vanilla' member now it may be some time before I feel like taking part, but I'd favour the Opens anyway to avoid the 'Worth 1000's!

Anyone made an appearance here that has turned heads?

I agree that DPC has succumbed to the editing junkies.
But as I am not an not an editing junkie never done much since I I joined in 2002 i sort of fly u der the radar lol!

Not sure if you overlap the coming of Jagar, but certainly he's zoomed into prominence with wonderful B/W photography during your hiatus...

Bear_Music - good call.

Stagolee - I might just do that with your kind of motivation!

JH - yep, London all the way. If you're in town shout!

Probably the most powerful image I've seen on DPC. Without trying to blow smoke up your ass this is the image I strive for and has set the bar for me.

Welcome back.

I would think this is right up there with it :)

There's this one too; both of them by teenagers who've joined since Jon left :-)

But Doomwatch is still the archetype of the genre :-)
