| Does anyone know the highest score achieved on DPC without ever receiving a comment during voting? |

You haven't spoiled anything -- the OP wants to know about a lack of comments during the voting period, not those given later. That's one reason, unless you already know which photo "qualifies," it's hard to tell which it might be because (AFAIK) the sorting-by-comments doesn't distinguish between those given before and after voting ... I think it would take a more sophisticated search of the database than I can do ... |
