I just want to say that this place, when you put out a little positive energy, gives it back to you 1000%. Many people have mentioned this week how much DPC as a community gives to them and I have really seen it this week a lot. I got one PM from a ribbon winner who referred to me as " an admired" member of DPC (thanking me for my comment). I will never know where that came from, but it sure makes you feel good and smile. You will NEVER hear me complain about DPC; any "bad" is far outweighed by the awesomeness and good vibes given out daily. Thank you, all!

Well said and totally agree Kylie. I've recieved so much help, advice and encouragement from this community. One day I hope to have the knowledge to be able to return that to some newbie to the site who, like me, wants to learn

actually you're right, there is so much positive to get from DPC.

Kylie.. I got a PM from a ribbon winner too! Such a personal and positive touch from them..

I honestly have to say that this is one of the more positive and friendly forum websites I've ever been privileged to be a part of.

All I gotta do is stay on DPC and avoid the nightly news and I will continue to love mankind forever!

That be me sending y'all PM's. I wrote the following in the comments section of my picture. "Seeing the other ribbon winners, I am not so sure I deserved the blue. To all of those who left comments and suggestions, I have tried to PM each of you, as I am truly grateful for any comment or suggestion you took the time to leave. I at least wanted to spend the same amount of time to acknowledge that I not only read and considered, but appreciated each thought and/or suggestion you made in regards to my photo".

I really do appreciate what each of you brings to the site. Your experiances and willingness to share not only your successes but your failures with humility and humor, is why I am here. I can only hope that I attain a few of the skills and achieve some of the insight that so many of you have here.

Yes, mine was from you and I didn't want to embarass you by naming names! But you and I have "talked" and I really did want to give you credit for being such a great member of DPC and making this member smile!

Oh yeah.....lately it doe seem that there is nice postive vibe among us here...we argue sometimes but it's healthy...lot of people from all over the world meet in one place and share a common interested, Digital Photography of course...I have meet a few folks here that I would love to say thank you again for such nice comments along with the constructive critism too....I say we allllll need to have a huge vitrual group hug...(laughing)...thanks again....it's always a pleasure to learn from a "Pro" and welcome newbies to our wonderful world of photo addictions...keep them snapping and God Bless.

Thanks, Dustin! You have been one of the people to help me this week and I am sure others. I hope the positive energy continues and the negative goes away more and more!
