This one is completely out of left field. I am signed up for a challenge here in the states where we carry six bricks taped together. Since I will be getting to carry these bad boys around for hours, I thought I should put a logo on them. The plan is to wrap them all together in white duct tape. Next I am putting a layer of black duct tape around them. I am going to transfer a logo onto the black tape and cut away so the white tape is exposed. Anybody know a way to transfer the logo on to the black tape?

I would just print out the logo, tape it to the bricks, and use an eXacto knife to cut out the logo. If you cut too hard, it will go through both the black and the white, but you can just peel the under color off and stick it back on, right?

There are iron on transfers for black fabric...

I guess I'm not sure what the difficulty is. Couldnt you just cut it and tape it on? (Sorry, I must be missing something...)

It is slightly detailed and I am afraid taping it on there will cause it to move. I thought if it was actually on the black tape I could get a smoother line.

Ahh... now i get it.

You could draw over the logo (on paper ) with a soft art pencil, and psuh hard. Flip it over and rub hard, and the graphite might transfer enough to the tape to trace with a silver sharpie.

Wow. Ok, you're gonna need to step it up to "advanced" on this.

Here's what I'd try to do.

Get a peice of board or cardboard, some wax paper, and a needle and thread, double sided tape, and black duct tape, along with an exacto knife and a printout of this pattern.

Place the pattern on top of the wax paper, and do your best to secure it, trying to bind the two with heat, like an iron. Next, put an even layer of black duct-tape on the wax paper (wax to sticky tape side), and then use weaker double-sided tape to secure the ducttape non-sticky-side to the cardboard, or board.

Now, use your exact to remove whatever material you wish, and you'll be left with a sticker-on wax paper of your design.

..

My take is that you need to simplify that design considerably or you're just asking for a bunch of frustration.

You'd be better off contacting a sign company and having them cut a vinyl outline that you can transfer to the white surface as a big sticker the way they do window signs.

Or you could have them do the whole thing in two layers of vinyl, one stuck to the other and then you just stick it to the whole think in one piece.
