So what do you do with the public people pics you take? Suggestions? |
TO share them with other photo nuts unlike ourselves. Simply for enjoyment of captureing a moment in time. As well, it's challenging. |

When they say you can use them commercially, that means you can't sell it for use in an ad etc.
You CAN sell that printed image as art.
You CAN use it editorially (i.e. sell it to your local paper or other media agency (AP, Reuters etc.) for that use) if it's newsworthy.

Just my 2 cents... |
What lawsuit would that be? Wisconsin has no laws against at-will employment, so as long as they are not violated federal laws(i.e. fired because of ethnicity, religion, sex, any of those discriminatory type situations) or a contract clause they don't have to have a reason to fire him.

No need. Read it just as I typed it and you won't have any problem understanding EXACTLY what it was that I said.

You're saying Bud's not a religion? : )
That'll be news to the NFL.
deapee: you may well be perfectly correct. My only further "argument" might be that, given that I apparently misunderstood/misinterpreted what you said, it's not implausible that one less-versed in the verbal arts and legal precision than I am might have similarly misunderstood your position. I don't think anything I've posted contradicts anything you said, but only added/elaborated on the original. I apologize if it seemed otherwise.

I'm not sure what makes your verbal skills better than anyone else's, and I'm not sure why you misunderstood/misinterpreted what I said. It was and still is pretty clear by my definitions.
Legally speaking...anything or anybody viewable from a public place is perfectly fine to take a picture of.
Which part is misleading or which part did you have a hard time interpreting or understanding?
