I am still trying to get better at my portrait and candid shots. I did these two for a friends baby's Baptism. Does anyone have any suggestions that could make these shots even better..? Also, what do you think?

What sort of lighting did you use ?

looks like there is sunlight on the leg in the first one.

Both were just sunlight coming through window... I wish that one highlight wasn't on the leg...

Because this baby is small (Im thinking 3 months?) your perspective in the first one is off. I would have stood over him and shot down. This would captured his body in a better position/angle than what your showing here.

With the 2nd, a profile is nice, but since there wasn't any sort of action going on here, I would have tried my best to keep his limbs in the frame.
