I like a bit of inspiration. I found this talk by Neil Gaiman very inspiring. You might not know who Neil Gaiman is; he's a comic writer and novelist and film-maker. I'm not a huge fan but i was very much into his comics in the late '80s and 90's. Never really got on with his later novels and such. Nevertheless, i found this talk really inspiring. He touches on so many good points about art, creativity, making a business of it. The talk is quite long, 20 mins or so, but i really do recommend a watch of it..
