You do realize that honey is the polite name for bee vomit ...

...which is why I tell a certain redhead to not call me that, even though to him it's a term of endearment...and anytime a song comes on the radio with the h-word in it, I automatically sing out 'bee vomit' instead. 'Oh you move me *bee vomit*/Oh yes you do..' makes many a song much more interesting!! ;-)

Come on, people! Let's get serious here...

It's not bee vomit -- it's bee barf!

Everyone knows you need the alliteration.

Uh yeah, actually I meant the *other* Canon-toting redhead, who sometimes tries to get away with calling me the H word. I respond by saying 'Oh OK, bee vomit'...lol...and the other night at the pub was fun, we should do it more often! *nudge nudge wink wink*

Well, you all seem to have the advertising, theme song,

I will provide the rest! We could be millionaires!

Well why not? There's a wine out there called Cat's Pee on a Gooseberry Bush. It sells. So does Beau's Lugtread Lagered Ale.

So why shouldn't Juliet's Bee Butt Vomit/Barf/Puke become a best seller too?

The goal should not be to win awards or get rich - we should just stay true to the honey. :P

Thanks, Shez! I REALLY, REALLY appreciate your support. It has gotten me through the insanity of some posts here. I hope you will be around still for a while!! I will miss you!!

PS I am waiting now for Expert Editing challenges as I like the surreal minimalism and want to create my own fantasy world to escape into. I might enter some "normal" editing challenges if the subject inspires me but not often. And I always welcome any PMs asking for help or feedback as I'd like to share some of I learned (still long way to go! ;)

Congratulations Margaret Great news on making the list :)

BIG congratulations Margaret, it is a massive achievement but am sorry it was a little tainted by a few comments here. At any one time there can only be 50 people in this group (I'm clever me) somewhere I'll never reach so shall continue to look up to you :)
06/09/2012 06:06:54 AM · #145
A big congrats Margaret, hope it brings you tons of happiness and joy.
06/09/2012 07:44:16 AM · #146
I read the first two pages of this thread and skipped to the last one only to find discussions of bee vomit (confused).

But halfway down I see you made your top 50 spot, congratulations!

It's some achievement. Think about all great photographers who have come and gone, the ones who are still here and the stunning images they produce, and then realise you are right up there with the very best of them, well done!

nevermind, too late for my cute Juliet comment...

And didn't get to the top 50 part!!!

Congrats, Margaret. It's awesome when we set ourselves a goal, and then meet it!
