I vote for the first one - in color. The B & W doesn't work for this one for me. Great shot!

I like the color one... very interesting photo; the color adds to the interest and detail.

I guess I am a bit torn between both shots. I feel that the B & W one takes some of the focus from the bright objects in the front and the blue object in the background and returns it to the lady.
On the other hand the tone on the B & W doesn't seem quite "true" to the lady's skintone and makes the image a little more flat. I'd suggest playing with the B & W tone or perhaps just desaturating the color one a bit. |

I think that VisiBlanco is correct about playing with the B & W; the tone is just off. I would continue to work with it, also.

thank you guys, I will keep trying. I couldn't do that black and white with the channel mixer because the image turned WAY too noisy.
