Agreed. I did the hell out of the third one.
I'm intrigued by the graininess of "Ducks in the Dusk" but it doesn't totally grab me. Perhaps if the photograph had been centered a little higher? The lighting is awesome (in my opinion), but the framing seems a bit off. Seems to be a little bottom heavy. Still, the graininess is very intriguing for me personally. I wouldn't have thought to do that and I think it does enhance it darkly.
I like where you're going with "Evening Melancholy" - and I think you should play around with this some more. As to why this photo doesn't quite work for me personally...? It's hard for me to isolate and pinpoint. It just isn't clicking. Again, I love that you're seeing things I wouldn't have seen. I see things too literally, too clearly.
The mist on "Foggy Evening" is great, great, great. Again, it seems to be a bit bottom-heavy (like ducks), but I think it works for me. I would probably crop a wee-bit, but not much at all. And, again, that's just me. I really do enjoy this photograph tremendously. It's got space, darkness, and mystery. Dig it!
Awesome, artvet. Thanks!
